CTR Now offers Custom Webinars and Workshops
The Center for Talent Reporting’s Custom Webinars and Workshops are designed to build and enhance your measurement and reporting skills and to accelerate your TDRp implementation. These skill-building events are tailored to meet the needs of each organization.
Custom Webinars
Virtual webinars are generally 60-120 minutes in length.
Custom Workshop
We offer one, two, and three-day in-person workshops, customized around your particular needs, including your own company and department goals. We also offer virtual works. Typically, a workshop will follow these elements:
- Introduction to TDRp
- Review company and department goals
- Aligning department goal to company goals
- Determining the impact of L&D initiatives on company goals and outcome measures
- Selecting the appropriate effectiveness, efficiency, and outcome measures
- Developing your organization’s measures library
- Setting goals for effectiveness, efficiency, and outcome measures
- Creating the first draft of your three TDRp reports
- Using the three TDRp reports
- Managing the change within your organization
- Developing your action plan
The goal of the workshop is to ensure all participants have a solid understanding of TDRp, how it will be implemented in their organization, and what will be required for success. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will have a clear game plan for implementation, a draft list of measures, and a first draft of their three reports.
Virtual custom workshops my be spread over several weeks to allow participants to apply the concepts between sessions.

Custom Workshops: $5,000 for day one and an additional $2,500 for every subsequent day plus travel expenses for any in-person workshop.
