Join us to learn how to put measurement and reporting theory into practice at CTR’s Virtual Measurement Demystified Workshop. We will cover all the important topics from our 2021 book Measurement Demystified: Creating Your Own L&D Measurement, Analytics and Reporting Strategy published by ATD. We will also use exercises from our January 2022 Measurement Demystified Field Guide. (Participants will receive a copy of each book upon registration.)

The workshop includes lots of discussion, case studies, and individual assignments. We will cover all of the key elements of measurement, reporting, and management of L&D, including the just released SEC rule for human capital disclosure and the ISO standard for public reporting.

There will prework reading from our book for each module as well as homework assigned at the end of each module. We will review your homework and provide additional guidance at follow-up sessions scheduled about two weeks after each four-hour module.

Time Commitment

To gain the most from this workshop participants should plan to dedicate 4-5 hours per week for the reading, live sessions, and the application exercises. The sessions are recorded and made available the same day if you cannot attend the live session. The application homework is especially important to master the skills and apply what you have learned in your own organization.

 Workshop Format

Workshops are limited to 15 participants. Pre-workshop reading will be available approximately four weeks prior to the workshop. Homework assignments will be made at the conclusion of each workshop.

We recommend having two or three individuals from the same organization attend together so they can discuss and apply the concepts in real time.
