Sample lists of effectiveness and efficiency measures, statements, and reports are available for learning and development. Statements are used for monitoring and contain only actual results, typically by month or quarter. Reports are used to actively manage the measures and will always contain plan and ideally forecast for each measure to be managed in addition to last year’s actual. These lists, statements and reports are available as pdf files for Basic CTR Membership and as excel spreadsheets for Enhanced CTR Membership. The effectiveness and efficiency measures included in the lists, statements and reports are defined in the TDRp Measures Library which includes the source and reference for each measure.
